Global Automation is pleased to introduce mta’s MW500 Selective Soldering Machine. Designed to the needs of the assembly industry, such as automotive, electronics, appliance, medical and telecommunications, the new MW500 selective soldering cell allows the automation of selective point-to-point or linear soldering operations. Adding to our successful line of automated soldering platforms, this enables soldering tasks to be carried out rapidly with the optimal quality and repeatability with adjustable parameters ensuring complete wetting and reflow.

Automatic Cartridge Dispenser

Adapted for semi-automatic volumetric dispensing operations, the new mta CD Cartridge Dispenser is electronically controlled allowing setting of the volume to be dispensed in cm?. The CD can be integrated into the platforms of ourTR300 table-top robot, based on 3 or 4 fully programmable numerical axes, or on a pneumatic station.  The new CD allows for quick changeover between materials, without adjustment…simply unclip the cartridge!
